Rye emphasized the need to address and challenge the arguments regarding Trump’s impact on the Black community. She stated, “This video is not solely about Sexyy Red.
It is part of a series aimed at ensuring that Black individuals who support Trump, or may do so unintentionally, understand the extent of his actions or lack thereof towards us.” Rye mistakenly assumed that Sexyy Red was referring to PPP loans, which prompted prompt clarifications from figures like Charlamagne Tha God. Consequently, Rye took to Twitter to apologize to Sexyy Red. However, she also attempted to dispel any misconceptions about Trump and his policies.
